Discrimination in rental housing may take many forms and could happen at any stage, from an advertisement for a rental apartment through to an eviction.
The Ontario Human Rights Code contains provisions addressing discrimination in housing. If you think you may have been discriminated against and would like more information, please visit the Ontario Human Rights Commission, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario or the Ministry of the Attorney General.
