Homeownership Kit:
This kit is designed to provide tools to assist service managers in the successful implementation of the Homeownership Component of the Canada-Ontario Affordable Housing Program. It includes checklists and templates, as well as materials intended to be circulated to potential applicants.
Community Partnerships & Projects

Support Services Coordination 
This bulletin, available as a PDF document, provides a step-by-step explanation of the coordination of supportive services for supportive units under the Rental and Supportive housing component of the Affordable Housing Program. It describes the roles and responsibilities of: the three sister ministries - MMAH, MOHLTC and MCSS; service managers; and housing proponents in providing services to clients who are either Victims of Domestic Violence, receiving supports under the Mental Health program, or living with Dual Diagnosis. Ontario Mortgage and Housing Initiative (OMHI) 
This bulletin, available as a PDF document, outlines the steps that service managers must take to access the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s (CMHC) mortgage insurance through the Provincial Special Mortgage Correspondent (PSMC), and secure financing from the OMHI Roster of Qualified Lenders.
(Note: OMHI was established by the ministry to facilitate access to competitive construction and mortgage financing.)
