Municipalities are required to report their Municipal Performance Measurement Program (MPMP) results to the public by September 30th following each reporting year. MMAH provides two styles of templates that municipalities may use to report MPMP results, although the choice of format rests with the municipality. The templates provide for multi-year reporting and include space for explanatory notes.
