Schedule A

The Regional Municipality of Durham, part of the City of Pickering

  1. This Order applies to land in the City of Pickering, in The Regional Municipality of Durham, in the Province of Ontario, as shown on the map attached as Schedule "A". PDF File [377.6KB]
  2. Pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the Ontario Planning and Development Act, 1994, the area of land to which this Order applies is hereby established as a development planning area.
  3. This order comes into force on the day that it is made.
