To facilitate the implementation of the
Planning and Conservation Land Statute Law Amendment Act, 2006 (Bill 51), a number of new or revised
Planning Act regulations will also come into effect on January 1, 2007. These regulations provide direction on a range of matters including giving notice of planning applications and public participation in the planning process.
