The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario, the Municipal Finance Officers’ Association of Ontario and the Ontario Municipal Administrators’ Association, undertook a collaborative research project to better understand the needs for municipal management information, advisory products, and services in Ontario.
This document summarizes what was learned from municipal managers across the province. It combines the results of the survey questionnaire and face-to-face consultations where managers generously shared their management goals, priorities and needs.
