Welcome to the Oak Ridges Moraine Atlas
This Atlas is an interactive mapping tool that will help you understand the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan. With the Atlas, you will be able to:
- Create and print customized mapping products using the maps referred to in the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan, including the:
- Land Use Designations;
- Landform Conservation Areas; and,
- Areas of High Aquifer Vulnerability.
- Link specific geographic areas of the Oak Ridges Moraine with the relevant textual policies of the Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan.
- See additional mapping information including municipal boundaries, highways, local roads, rivers, streams and lots.
This Atlas is not meant to replace the other existing Oak Ridges Moraine (ORM) maps found on the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing ORM website. The Atlas is intended to provide you with the ability to create more detailed and customized mapping products and simultaneously refer to policies in the ORM Conservation Plan, where necessary.
