Section 3: Certification

We, on behalf of the Applicant, certify that

  1. The information provided in this application, including all enclosures, is accurate to the best of our knowledge;
  2. We have read, understood and, if our application is approved, agree to abide by the terms and conditions governing  the funds set out in the form of Contribution  Agreement and, where applicable,  in subsequent  correspondence from the Ministry;
  3. The Applicant is aware that the information contained herein can be used for the assessment of funding eligibility;
  4. The Applicant is aware that all materials and other information submitted as part of this application will remain confidential and the property of the Ministry and will not be returned to the Applicant;
  1. The Applicant acknowledges that the Province is bound by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and that any information provided to the Province in connection with the Application or otherwise in connection with the Places to Grow Implementation Fund may be subject to disclosure in accordance with that Act;
  2. The Applicant has read and understands the information contained in this Application Form; and,
  3. We are authorized to sign on behalf of the Applicant.
