Library uses are part of the calculation of MPMP efficiency and effectiveness measures. Libraries should download the above Excel workbook and select the appropriate tab:
- Library in a Single-tier or Lower-tier Municipality
- Upper-tier Library
- Union Public Library
Information on library uses is based on data submitted to the Ministry of Culture in the 2007 Annual Survey of Public Libraries. Information is also collected on revenue received from contracting municipalities as reported to the Ministry of Culture.
The completed form should be given to the municipal treasurer for use in completing the library performance measures. It should not be sent to the Ministry of Culture or the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
