The charrette (conference) proceedings are a collection of presentations on municipal performance measurement in Canadian provinces and territories with highlights from experiences in the United Kingdom and Australia. Presentations explore the policy assumptions, objectives and approaches used to measure municipal performance and promote local government accountability.
The charrette was sponsored by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing partnered with the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC).
