Under the direction of the Political Table the Review will be managed by a Coordinating Table of senior provincial and municipal staff who will implement the Review’s direction, coordinate the financial, staff and technical resources and expertise needed to support the review; oversee consultation and public engagement; and ensure that the Working Tables are exploring a wide-range of options.

A Technical Reference Group made up of municipal and provincial financial experts, will assist the Coordinating Table with fiscal analysis.  Its first task will be to develop indicators of municipal fiscal health.
